What is a Subscription?

The Stardraw Design 7 subscription is a one year maintenance and support package that delivers a range of valuable services.

• Unlimited, free technical support with no limit on support instances per subscription period.
• Access to online services.
• Access to data updates - automatic library updates whenever new or updated products and symbols are available.
• Access to Symbol Request service - prioritization of your requests for products to be added to the manufacturer libraries.
• Access to library swap-outs - remove installed manufacturer libraries and replace with new manufacturer libraries.
• Free dongle replacement in the event of loss, damage or theft.
• Access to Cloud services e.g. Synchronize UDPs: see your User Defined Products on all the PCs you use without having to transfer files.

Although optional, we strongly recommend that users maintain their subscription status so that they always enjoy the full range of services that Stardraw Design 7 can offer. If you allow your subscription to lapse, you can still use Stardraw Design 7 but you will not have access to the services described above.

Subscription Pricing

Your first year's subscription is included in any new purchase of, or upgrade to, Stardraw Design 7.

The subscription price is calculated as a percentage of the regular published price of your Stardraw Design 7 bundle plus any optional Modules, Utilities and Data Libraries that you have added to your Bundle. This is the Package Price.

Subscription renewals are charged at 37.5% of the standard published price or your Stardraw Design 7 license, or 25% of the published license price if you renew within 2 months of expiry.
