Stardraw at NSCA

Another springtime, another NSCA, and once again it was a great show; great to see many old faces and a real pleasure to meet lots of new ones.

Stardraw was pleased to support the NSCA auction for education for a second year.  A full version of Stardraw Audio was donated and the winning bidder, Rossi Craft of RJC Consulting, SC, made possible a contribution to the NSCA Educational Foundation of $1219.00.  Thanks Rossi!

The day prior to the show saw a well attended training seminar hosted by Randy Green of R&S Solutions (pictured here on left, with Rob Robinson and Dave Snipp of Stardraw centre and right).  Due to popular demand the seminar program has been extended across the US and will run all year: click here for details.

We look forward to seeing all the NSCA regulars at Denver next year.

Stardraw at AES Amsterdam

This year we will be exhibiting at AES in conjunction with two of our northern european  Premier Partners; Holland Audio Import from the Netherlands and Audio Network from Germany.

Exhibition days occur from May 12 to May 15.  Please come and visit us on stand R24 for demos of Stardraw and a peek at the latest exciting developments.

New Stardraw Audio Software for Clear-Com

Clear-Com has entered into an arrangement with software house Stardraw.com to create a customised version of Stardraw Audio for internal use by the production intercom systems manufacturer.

The new application allows designs to be created and documented using a symbols library of the entire range of Clear-Com products. Users will be able to generate schematic and graphical layouts of entire systems as well as highly accurate 19” rack layouts with views of the front, side and rear of products in exacting detail.

The application will be released in Q2 2001.

Stardraw's managing director, David Snipp, comments "We're delighted about this new alliance.  As time goes on, we're finding that more and more companies are finding it expensive and unsatisfying to develop software in-house and that's because their core business simply isn't software;  Klark Teknik, Celestion and Crestron have all come to us for solutions and enjoyed better, faster and cheaper turnaround than in-house development would have allowed."

Manufacturers interested in producing their own versions of Stardraw, or other related applications should contact sales@stardraw.com
