PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING.

This is a legal agreement between you (either as an individual or as a representative of a corporate entity) and Stardraw.com Ltd. By installing THE TEMPLATE you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.  If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install THE TEMPLATE.

1.         GRANT OF LICENSE.

You may:

1.1     install and use THE TEMPLATE on one or more computers at a single location

1.2     use THE TEMPLATE for creation of user interfaces within STARDRAW CONTROL applications

1.3     create a backup of THE TEMPLATE for your own use

2.         USAGE RESTRICTIONS

You may not use THE TEMPLATE in any way that is not specifically allowed by this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, with regard to THE TEMPLATE or any part thereof, its installation file(s) or any related asset (hereafter collectively referred to, in whole or in part, as "THE SOFTWARE"), you may not:

2.1     redistribute or resell THE SOFTWARE, or modified versions of THE SOFTWARE

2.2     decompile or reverse engineer THE SOFTWARE

2.3     use THE SOFTWARE to create a product which is similar to, or competes with, any STARDRAW.COM product or utility

2.4     share, rent, lease or sub-license THE SOFTWARE

2.5     make THE SOFTWARE available to third parties, whether online or through any publicly accessible means whatsoever

2.6     include THE SOFTWARE or a modified version of THE SOFTWARE with a commercial product

3.         WAIVER OF WARRANTIES. 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stardraw.com Ltd disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to THE SOFTWARE. 

4.         NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Stardraw.com Ltd be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for the loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use THE SOFTWARE, even if Stardraw.com Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5.         APPLICABLE LAW

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England.

6.         OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Stardraw.Com Ltd. reserves the right to change terms and conditions of this agreement given a 30 day notice period.
