Yes, but not at the same time. Stardraw Design 7.4 uses a Cloud-based licensing system so multiple users can share available licenses; when one user finishes working with the software they can Release their license which can then be used on a different computer or by a different user.

For 2 people to work at the same time you need 2 licenses; additional licenses are half price. See Licensing
