The Stardraw Design 7.4 Subscription is a one year maintenance and support package that delivers a range of valuable services.
Although optional after the first year, we strongly recommend that users maintain their Subscription so that they always enjoy the full range of services that Stardraw Design 7.4 can offer, plus free upgrades to future 7.x versions. If you allow your Subscription to lapse, you can still use Stardraw Design 7.4 but you will not have access to the services described above.
Your first year's Subscription is mandatory and is included in the published pricing for Stardraw Design 7 bundles.
The Subscription price is calculated as a percentage of the regular published price of your Stardraw Design 7 bundle plus any optional Modules, Utilities and Libraries that you have added to your Bundle. This is the Package Price.
The annual cost of your Subscription equates to 50% of the published price of your Stardraw Design 7 package. This is known as the Continuous Renewal Rate and is available when you renew your Subscription immediately on expiry, or within 2 months of expiry.
If your Subscription has expired for 3 months or more, a one-off Non-Continuous Renewal Premium applies, which is 25% of the Continuous Renewal Rate.
The Subscription can be paid annually or on a monthly basis. The cost of your Subscription is the same whether you choose to pay annually or monthly.
Users who choose the monthly payment option must complete the mandatory first 12 monthly payments. Failure to do so will result in the revocation of the current Stardraw Design 7.x license, whether it is a new license purchase or an upgrade to an existing license delivered as part of the Subscription service.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Subscriptions being paid annually will renew on an annual basis. Subscriptions being paid monthly will renew on a rolling monthly basis after the mandatory first 12 payments have been made.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, so long as the mandatory first year's payments are completed.
If a Subscription is cancelled, services provided by the Subscription will still be available for the paid-up duration of the Subscription.
