If a UDP exists in an older installation (for example Stardraw Design 7.3) but is not appearing after upgrading to 7.4, the symbol may never have been uploaded to the Cloud from the older installation.
Workaround: on the machine running the older version, open the UDP in the Symbol Editor, make a trivial change (such as moving a text label by one grid unit and then back), and save. This forces a re-upload of the symbol to the Cloud, after which it should appear in Stardraw Design 7.4 following the next sync.
If UDPs still do not appear after doing this, contact techsupport@stardraw.com — in some cases symbols from the older database file can be recovered manually.
