Yes. DWG import and export is available on Silver subscriptions and above via the DWG Import/Export Utility or if you have purchased DWG Import/Export as an add-on.

To export a drawing: switch to Drawing view, then go to File › Export › AutoCAD. Supported formats range from AutoCAD R12 through to 2018.
