You do not need to import User Defined Products manually. Your UDP library is stored in the Cloud and synchronises automatically — there are no import or export steps required.

Whenever Stardraw Design 7.4 runs, or whenever you make a change to a UDP, your library is synced automatically to the Cloud, as long as your Subscription is current. On any other computer signed in to the same account, the same UDPs will be available as soon as sync completes — simply open Stardraw Design 7.4 and wait.

If you have recently installed Stardraw Design 7.4 on a new computer and your UDPs do not appear immediately, this is normal — the first sync can take several minutes or longer if you have a large library. Allow it to complete fully before concluding that anything is missing. See also: My User Defined Products are missing after installing on a new computer.
