My User Defined Products are missing after installing on a new computer — what should I do?

There is no need to manually import or transfer your UDP library when moving to a new computer or upgrading to a new version of Stardraw Design. Your UDPs are stored in the Cloud and will sync automatically when Stardraw Design 7.4 runs on the new computer, provided your Subscription is current.

If you have many UDPs, the first sync on a new installation may take a significant amount of time — sometimes many minutes or more. Allow it to complete fully before concluding that products are missing.

If UDPs are still not appearing after a full sync, contact techsupport@stardraw.com — in rare cases a UDP may not have uploaded correctly from an older installation and may need to be recovered.
