I'm trying to change my registered email address but keep getting an error

Changing your registered email address can be done at My Account | My Information but only if the email address you want to change it to is not already registered at www.stardraw.com.

If you know that the email address you want to use is already registered, or you are unable to change your email address, contact techsupport@stardraw.com for assistance.

Important: before changing your registered email address, ensure that all licenses in use under your account have been released, otherwise the licenses will get stuck on the computer that holds them and you will be unable to access or release them afterwards.
