If you allow your subscription to lapse you lose access to the services the subscription offers, most notably access to support and online services including the ability to download Manufacturer Libraries and custom data like User Defined Products and Cable Presets. This means that an application installed without a current subscription will have no product data.

If you have an existing installation on another computer you can set up a new computer and transfer Manufacturer and custom data by following this procedure. Note, however, that Stardraw products released before 2009, e.g. Stardraw AV 2007, are no longer available and cannot be installed to a new computer.

1. Install the product for which you are licensed to the new computer. Installers are available for all versions of Stardraw Design 7:
• Download Stardraw Design 7.0
• Download Stardraw Design 7.1
• Download Stardraw Design 7.2
• Download Stardraw Design 7.3
2. From the old computer, copy the following files to the same location on the new computer.
• Configuration File:

• Stardraw Manufacturer Libraries, 7.0 and 7.1 only:

• User Defined Products:
  C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\Stardraw.com Ltd\Stardraw Design [Version]\1.0.0.0\[UserGUID].sdf
• Cable Presets:
  C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\Stardraw.com Ltd\Stardraw Design [Version]\1.0.0.0\[UserGUID]-cablepresets.json
• Product Attributes Spreadsheet:

[UserName] is the name of the Windows Profile used to log into Windows.
[Version] is the application version number, e.g. 7.3.
[UserGUID] is a long alphanumeric string representing your unique user ID, e.g. 556c62ed-1597-4271-a796-7a203dea4287.
