What do I do if my Project will not Open?

If a Stardraw Design 7.4 project file will not open, please email techsupport@stardraw.com and attach, or otherwise share, the .S07 file.

To maximise the chance of recovery, please include as much detail as possible about what happened before the file became unreadable — for example, whether the computer lost power, whether the file is stored on a network drive, or whether it was recently moved or renamed.
