The Stardraw Forum was retired in May 2026 after many years of active operation. Over time it had accumulated a large body of content, much of it relating to older versions of Stardraw and long-since-resolved issues. This made it increasingly difficult for users to find accurate, current information among the accumulated threads, and for us to ensure the quality of the answers being given. The forum was overloaded with out-of-date information and the signal-to-noise ratio had become very poor.

It has been replaced by two resources that together represent a significant improvement in both responsiveness and the relevance of the detail provided:

The Stardraw Assistant — an AI-powered help tool trained on current Stardraw Design 7.4 documentation, support knowledge, and FAQ content. Ask it any question in plain language and receive an instant, accurate answer. Unlike a forum thread, the Assistant’s knowledge base is curated, version-specific, and kept up to date.

A new structured FAQ section — covering the most common questions across Purchasing & Licensing, Troubleshooting, Importing & Exporting, Printing & PDF, Drawing & Editing, and Events & Trade Shows. Browse all FAQs ›
